Dennis has been assisting buyers and sellers of homes, vacant land and commercial properties in the Grand Traverse area since 1983. He has a background in engineering, design and construction and attended Michigan State University ('63-'66) and Wayne State University ('70-'72).
In May of 2003 Dennis completed a BA at Grand Valley State University and completed his MA in Humanities at Central Michigan University in December of 2004.
Dennis’ hobbies include fixed gear bikes and model railroading. Dennis also makes a few pots.

Katy joined Dennis in the real estate profession in 1994 after 15 years working as a Registered Nurse. Katy likes helping people, and she will enjoy helping you and your family.
When she's not working on real estate matters, Katy sings with the local Sweet Adelines chorus, and plays recorder with the Sylvan Winds. She also just finished massage school and is doing massages in Building 50. And besides that, she likes to canoe!
